GitHub webhooks with HMAC checks, deploy notices from CI and grouping of repeated errors.
Uptime watch
DOWN after 2 failures, UP with the downtime and 24-hour uptime %.
Resilient
Failing sources back off and pause, a rate-limited outbox, and no requests to internal addresses.
