Privacy
A booking server needs schedules, a wallet and a ledger. It does not need to read anyone's messages.
What it stores
Player profiles, weekly hours, bookings, ratings, wallet balances, the ledger of payouts and refunds, coupons, gift cards and reports sent to staff. Data sits in SQLite on the server owner's machine.
Money
The bot never holds money. Payments go straight to the owner's own payOS or Stripe account; you enter card or bank details on their pages, never on Discord.
What it does not do
No privileged intents, no reading of message content or the member list; members are fetched one at a time by ID.
Self-hosted
This bot runs on its operator's machine. That person holds the data and is responsible for their server.
