An assistant needs to remember a little to answer well. Here is what it remembers, and how to make it forget.
What it stores
Conversation turns that addressed the bot (7 days, at most 40 per conversation), facts it saved about a member or server (up to 365 days), documents admins added, settings, token counters (60 days) and a tool audit log (30 days).
Not stored
Messages that did not address the bot (it cannot see them), fetched page bodies, search results.
What leaves the machine
The question, recent turns, remembered facts and knowledge chunks go to the model provider the owner chose; search queries go to the search provider. Pick a local endpoint if nothing should leave your network.
Deleting
/quenroi deletes your facts and conversation turns everywhere. Server managers use /kienthuc xoa and /xoadulieu; removing the bot also wipes the server's data.
Self-hosted
This bot runs on its operator's machine. That person holds the data and is responsible for their server.
